Jared Lewis of JCL Builders worked for us from the middle of August 2011 until the middle of December 2011. During this time Jared extended and renovated the back of our home. We have been extremely pleased with the result of this work and found Jared to be a reliable, honest and skilled builder.
Jared always kept us informed each step of the way and considered a range of factors relating to the renovation such as our budget, our living situation and our timelines. Most pleasing however, was his respect and consideration for our neighbours. He was very aware of the impact our project had on them and ensured he respected their space and property access, he also cleaned up extremely well after each day, something that really pleased our elderly neighbour.
The end result of our renovation was wonderful. Jared and his team of skilled tradesmen created a space that was well beyond our expectations. From our side of the renovation the whole project seemed to progress seamlessly, people turned up when they said they were going to and work finished in a timely manner.
We would have no hesitation in recommending JCL Builders to any prospective renovator. We would finish by saying that because Jared was such a good manager of time and sequence our renovation was much less stressful than we imagined and was certainly worth the wait.
